All our training programs combine best practices from contemplative science and modern neuroscience to support your physical and emotional health and increase your happiness and well-being.

Our trainer, Eric Nelson has worked in the fields of Complementary Medicine and Contemplative Science for over 30 years and received formal mindfulness and compassion training from:

  • *Vipassana and Non-Dual Meditation – Chelsea Meditation
